            Morning all
 It's sunny here today :j
I had a lovely sleep, I get rather stressed towards the end of each team of young people so I think now this team is over I have fully relaxed I still woke up early (7am) but I read in bed drinking coffee. I still woke up early (7am) but I read in bed drinking coffee.
WM has been on and is on the airer on balcony to dry in the sun. I need to wash dishes, hoover, tidy and take my recycling to the tip, although I think I'll do that tomorrow. I was meant to have a flat inspection from my letting agent today but they cancelled mid week but I'm in the mood to spring clean, but now it's sunny I'll leave it for today
I'm off to meet girls for lunch and shopping, I've not seen them for 10days becasue I've been so busy with work and stuff (we normally meet twice a week) so looking forward to it. I'll also pop to library and get some new books. I should go to gym as not been all week but think I'll go tomorrow (are we sensing a theme to my post today! :rotfl:) as I can't be bothered to get all sweaty!
Breakfast will be fried eggs on toast, lunch out so probably a jacket spud, dinner will be risotto.
 Have a great Saturday all

Morning all......((((((((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))))))))))))) if you need one.
Its a bright morning here on the east coast of Scotland. OH says its warmer outside than it has been for ages.
Coloured load in the machine.....DD1 here next week, do not want to spend the week washing. Our bed will be changed Monday and sheets washed........The guest room is prepared ready, had a bit of a shuffle round yesterday to give us enough room to have the table right out for meals whilst they are here.
I took the turkey crown out of he freezer yesterday, I plan to cook it tomorrow, will have our supper off it and then slice it for meals and sarnies.
OH going to work in the front this morning. I need to weed the herbaecous bed at the top of the garden, it looks like we mmight have borage seedlings, been there done that once before. one plant we ended up with hundreds of seedlings all over the garden!!
The compassion rose is growing strongly I had to tie it in yesterday the white one on the front is slow coming away, mind you I did give it a severe pruning before we moved it. It might take a couple of years to recover. Was 13st 8 lbs,Now 12st 11 Lost 10 1/4lbs since I started on my diet.0

            Good Morning all,
a bright sunny day here at the moment ,hopfully it will stay that way for the fA cup this afternoon I am hoping Chelsea will win as my DGS Jack(10) is a supporter, although my late OH used to follow Pompey and the Saints (Southampton) at times.I am three quarters of the way through knitting Jack's Chelsea 'Blankey' and am hoping that if the win I can knit 'Chelsea Win Double 2010' into the last square as they have won the premiership this year.
I'm just about to go and make a lot of sausage rolls to take up to eldest Dds this afternoon and a Victoria sponge cake .Her in-laws and I are going to watch the cup final and have dinner there tonight so I though a little contribution from me wouldn't go amiss.DGS Danny loves his Gran's sausage rolls anyway
All the ironing is done and even put away so a bit of baking is all I have to do this morning.
JackieG I can remember when my late OH used to fly back to Africa (Sudan) back in the 1980s he did 3 months away and two weeks home for nearly four years I hated it .He would never wake the children up as they got too upset, so they never knew until they got up if Dad was still home or not .it was horrible .But I would write him daily and he used to get a buch of letters every 2-3 weeks out in the bush and read them in order as I would write the No. on the outside of the envelope. He said it was weird crossing the Sahara Desert in 46c reading about 2 foot of snow in England at times We managed it o.k. but I was jolly glad when he came home for good .I did learn an amazing amount of skills whilst he was away though I learned to paint, paper, and even do tiling in the loo, but didn't do myself any favours as after he came home for good he said that I was better at DIY than he was so I had better carry on doing it, so I did.Crafty move that was on his part I think as he never really liked DIY much anyway. The coming home part was great though.
Well time I got a wriggle on ,have a great day everyone what ever you are doing
 Take care
