Hi jhp
The Team Leader role is a more up to date name for the Area Coordinator role
My contact uses the TEAM LEADER badge as a better way of describing the role.....leading....... a team of people.
He also says he uses this dual aspect role getting people into the business delivering & collecting the books then with a little bit of training shows them how to recruit people which is where the bigger money is earned
Hope this helps???

It is possible to build a large team of other direct sellers and continuously loyal consumers. However, as with any business, personal contacts and regular customers need looking after. If you don\'t, you will lose them. Anyone who imagines they can build a sales team and then, with no further effort, retire on residual income is likely to be disappointed."

Just read that wongawonga :rotfl:& guess who is heading up Kleeneze........the EX-Chairman of the DSA:rotfl:

The rep is in breach of the Direct Selling Association rules of which Kleeneze is a prominent member.
EG:
"11.2 Members and direct sellers shall not denigrate any other member or direct seller. "
Kleeneze uses the DSA to fight their corner wongawonga
Jamie Stewart made contact with the MD of Betterware over my posts on this Website :rotfl:
I've heard similar spats to comments made on Twitter & if you read through the squidoo site with feedback from actual Kleeneze peeps it seems common practice :rotfl:
They dont like the truth

I wouldn't touch any of them with a bargpole but if there was a Company that sold decent goods then maybe it might be a good idea. Because if I wouldn't buy 'em myself, why should I want other people to buy them?#TY[/B] Would be Qaulity MSE Challenge Queen.

Kleenezes best selling products as tweeted by them recently.

@wongawonga
For the sake of your incomes I can be glad for all successful enterprises, Kleeneze or Betterware, Avon.
But I have had both Catalogues on doorsteop and didn't want to touch either of them. (There may be good products one would buy).
I wish these Companies all had stuff that would make me a) buy from them besides Lakeland which is terribly mumsy b) think perhaps I might be like successful persons above.
Unfortunately not so.
I have no wish to spend more than I have too on various products but bar a few killers on Avon I have no wish too.
Best of luck to sellers. Amazed to see what you guys are accomplishing. Only wish it was above.#TY[/B] Would be Qaulity MSE Challenge Queen.
