Thanks Luc, I knew I needed weights ages ago because when i was bigger these weights were no good then. I haven't got freegal but I can get some soon. Generally no I don't stop between reps/sets I just do it as one long workout. I will put your advise into action. I am hoping once I am d/f I can get a personal trainer or something

The biggest problem with me is I can and do build bulk quickly. Due to my condition I have far more testosterone in my body than an average female. Therefore I build muscle quickly, not that that worrys me because I want bulk as well as tone

You can control bulking by doing more reps at a lighter weight... If I was closer I would train you:p
Make sure you're eating enough protein to benefit from intensive weights sessions...
P.S. what's a Russian twist?26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

Afternoon lovelies

Poor DD just came home with a school bag full of curry - her food tech from this morning leaked everywhere. How the foof do I get that out of her books :eek:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Ahh maybe thats something to think about, although I do want some bulk. I am really proud of my calfs
*gets on train* :rotfl: Protein is hard, generally I am having chicken, fish and yogurt because I have gone off red meat. However I still have some CD shakes left that are high in protien.
Russian twists are these with weights. However you should then move onto these but with added a gymball if needed.0 -
Luc - ever thought about being a personal trainer on the side?

Luc-yes, sure to comparing! Supposed to be a 15 min isnt it?
My legs are killing me from yesterday so I think that will be to the shops and back (about 1/8 of a mile, lol)Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -

Her planner is the worst, so she's gone off back to school to see if she can have a new one. 2 other books got it slightly, but all her stuff is going to smell really bad, poor thing. Her bag is rattling round the washing machine, not sure what state that'll come out.Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
