    Yes well it sounds like you've been doing something rather vigorous anyway! ;)

    I've been advised to avoid vigorous exercise after I get my first eye done on Friday. I'm going to have to ask what is allowed and what isn't. There's a few questions I'd love to ask but better not :silenced:

    I agree about the running Sal-I wanted to go again yesterday because I felt so good when I got back (glad I didnt as am in mucho paino)
    Little Tree Frog is such a snuggly boy (LTF as he shall be known!) and I dont normally notice and thank goodness, DH was out on the razz but he was proper using me as a pillow last night.

    Have printed training schedule off for First Time Marathon training from Runners World...seems ok...

    Am trying to eat healthy but right now could MURDER some chips *will not cave*

  • Thanks Bun, I'm sure the medication will kick in soon! It had better bloody well do as it's 15 days until my holiday!

    Good luck with the marathon training and you don't want chips, have a piece of fruit instead.

    The only upside to the ear ache, is that I hardly feel hungry!

    I went to the gym this morning, and that helped a bit. I've got a spinning class tonight so that'll give me some sense of achievement.
