  • Cheers for that Butti, I've been taking paracetamol and that's not touched the pain so a few hours later taken an ibuprofen, and it helps for a little while.

Sorry to moan, as I know there are people in much worse pain than me.

    Luc - go you.

Why is it when you don't want to go for a run yet you do its your best ever :o Today I will be mostly henna'ing my hair as the strand test was fine. Doing a bit of gardening/cleaning and sorting a meal plan. I also have to find time this weekend to go a buy a new sports bra from primark  The dog got hold of it the other day and broke the elastic so now its fraying :o Thats aside from packing, working and cleaning :rotfl:

All go here... Have a great day all

Hello all! Lost my mojo today-anyone seen it?? I need to renew contents insurance as FD want over 400 quid! Rip off merchants. Popped round to see BF as she had a rough weekend, crying on the phone asking if her eldest could spend the day here so he wouldn't see her struggling...anyway she's much better mentally today so that's good, and has agreed to go to a retreat/respite centre next week for a few days break. Tomorrow,I have to take her to visit another friend who also is terminal. That'll be a fun visit....

Take care all,and live life to the full.. SRM xx

LMC if you really are in pain PM me and i can suggest some very strong over the counter pain killers which are safe to use together although not officailly recommended in combinations due to some people not being sensible enough to follow instructions and potential consiquences of people not following instructions

on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)

Sorry about the tree frog invasion but had to laugh he was trying to sleep on top of you! The cowboy look really isn't good.

Pap well done on that run :) I love to see people running, its my new mission in life, im sure if everyone ran, the rate of depression would plunge and the motivation of the country would soar!

No muscle aches from me today which is quite frankly a miracle! Although I do have achy ribs but not sure thats down to any running ;)
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
    Finally Debt Free...

    Hello All

Well doctor says my headaches are either one long migraine or a series of them! Thnakfully they are going now, and have even managed to do some housework! The sun is out here which always helps with the motivation. Got my washing on the line which seems to be drying nicely, which is good.
