pap, what size weights are you on? I'm on 3kg ones at the moment, and on the vertical row and the other weight thing I've just moved up to 20 My circuit is usually: 3 mins on treadie, 10 on static bike, 1000m on rower, 10 on cross trainer, 15 x 3 vertical row, 15 x 3 other thing, 15 x 3 swiss ball squats, 15 x 3 swiss ball crunches, 15 x 3 bridges and then 3 mins on the treadie - but I usually split the cross trainer into two and do extra reps on the weights

Bun there isn't any point in over doing it so soon, listen you have months and months to do this. What I would say is start now by buying up your core running and increasing your longer runs up to 8-10 miles. Come September then you can intensify and be more specific about it. If you over do it now and try and go every day a) you will injure yourself and b) get burn out and get fed up. Going out 3 times a week will he just fine for now

am in mallorca and might be sleeping on the beach. Arranged to meet apartment owner at 3pm. Flight delayed a little and stuck on transfer bus, arrived here 4.30. She isn´t here, sent her 3 emails from an internet cafe to saywe are here. Both mobiles are now dead so can´t text her. tried to call her mobile and a spanish guy answered saying ´no jenny´to my asking for her. called the number on owners direct and it´s a spanish voicemail so god knows what that is saying....OH is finishing off an icecream and telling me the watches are cheap and the beach is nice from the other side of the apartment block whilst I trapse up and down lookig for her, such a help. She knows what I am wearing and where I am. must go and re check email. pppfft.
