    That's not in my standard contracts!

    Since you are in Scotland, he must be registered. I'm not familiar with their system, but presumably you could complain the the private tenancy/housing dept (or similar) of your local council about him

    :rotfl::rotfl: Oops :o

    Bit confused by the website but the address details are coming up but can't seem to find my landlords name. I guess it still means he's registered?

    To be honest, I don't know what one looks like :o I don't think there is, there isn't anything on the walls that looks like it could be one. I know it's a requirement and I should push for it but I just don't really want to rock the boat even more now...

    Thank you, I'll have a look :)

    If I was to report him while still in the flat would that mean that we would be thrown out straight away?

    Sorry, there were no results which matched your search criteria.
    If you can't find the landlord or property you are looking for or if you want to report an unregistered landlord, please contact the relevant Local Authority.

    Hmmm, interesting...

    Drea - how long have you been renting in Scotland now?
    You really seem to pick a bad selection of landlords & letting agents. :o

    Please ensure before you move again that you are fully aware of your rights as a tenant.

    My landlord MUST be registered. Please repeat until it sinks in :D
