Off to make my chilli now and when its in the slow cooker will hang out washing and decide next steps.

just wanted to say hugs to bunglegirl. Don't try and go overboard, just do what you can. What he thinks of your home surely matters much less now.

Did anyone see the tory last night blaming the media for the protestors outside No 10? He was adamant that it wasn't because Cameron is chief KH. :rotfl:It was Hassletine. Hysterical :rotfl:

Time to find me a list (does anyone else always sing the song from Pirates of Penzance about having a little list? Just me? ... okay then :o)
No, sorry, I don't like Metallica albums ;)

Read some more body clutter book (it gets you to dig deep as to why you don't like yourself and what childhood memories you have connected with your comfort food and why you eat when upset - I never got beyond chapter 3 last time as I wasn't ready to deal with some things).
Now this is interesting, let us know how you get on with it?

bungle gigantic hugs, how horrible. But better than living with someone whose heart isn't in it, I guess? Sorry, not sure what the right thing is to say.

    Off to unload wm.

Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x

    Morning all

So far this morning I haven't done a lot.

Rebooted the PC as it didn't want to play
Been to the PO with Dad's ebay sale and a parcel of my own
Ordered birthday flowers for MIL (delivery on Sat)
    Folded some washing

I see toots has nominated me to be something finance related in the flylady govt

I had better get a move on and get some more dot2dotting done round here.

Hugs Bunglegirl...good to hear you sounding so positive (even if it is probably forced at the moment). xxx

Hippy...thanks for the PM....will message you back in a bit. x

Need to get everyone's bedding in the WM in a minute then tackle the lounge. My sister is coming round tonight at some point so would like it tidy. It's not too bad, more the toys that need picking up and the floor is desperate for a vacuum.

My foot is much better today so I'm hoping I can still do the 10K on Sunday. Just going to keep resting it where possible. Went to the doctors last night and she said it was probably a repetitive strain type injury. So I'm hoping that it'll be ok as I'm supposed to be doing the Great North run in September and that'll mean running much more often and much further.

Off to throw DD2 in bed then get on.

Ok so i'm Irish on the flylady gov.....ummmm......suppose i should supply the drink.:rotfl:That is what we are good at.:D

DD now back at school and glasses all fixed and lifted. Hubby now making something to eat and then i'll sort the bathroom ceiling. I think i'll PVA it first as there is alot of dark marks. Then i'll PVA the utility room because it's purple and i'm changing it to a lovely yellow, plus the new plaster needs covered anyway.

    Bunglegirl big hugs.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.
