Billie, good news on OH's job.
Whilst in Tesco I got an ex-display bargain TV for Mum and Dad. I had to stop a random neighboour in the street to carry it in (I had no idea who he was so just asked him to put it inside the front door blocking the stairs). DH will be rather, umm, happy?

Billie, good news on OH's job.
Whilst in Tesco I got an ex-display bargain TV for Mum and Dad. I had to stop a random neighboour in the street to carry it in (I had no idea who he was so just asked him to put it inside the front door blocking the stairs). DH will be rather, umm, happy? to come home and trip over a TV. I am also wondering if TV licensing people will come chasing me to get a license as we don't have a TV of our own

I paid by debit card and used my clubcard so Tesco would know who I am, but they didn't ask for my name and address or tell me they would have to tell TV Licensing.If Tesco took your name and address, then the TV licensing people will come round sniffing...Debt at highest: £8k.
