Ive had my single ordered confirmed, ordered about 3am. Emailed them but never been given a response, may try giving them a ring.

Seperate order for Satnav at 02.02 -an afterthought- (confirmed out of stock).

No refund for me yet, never got a confirmation email either, but I have emailed them acting silly asking why I never received my confirmation email. Haven't replied yet though, hopefully the monies should go back in today or tomorrow which would be 3 working days later.

I had an email confirmation straight away (2 in fact) and haven't heard anything since but I paid with my Visa credit card and it would appear that most successful orders were paid for by debit card.

Placed my order shortly after midnight after noticing this thread as I was closing down to go to bed.

the company has changed its name twice in 10 years - i reckon its a real back room operation with no customer service considerations like a tradition store - even an online one. Anyway - complained again and will not shop there again ... unless there are £8 bargains! lol but would not shop there and pay full price

I think its funny that your getting all vexxed up about it stating wont shop there again! oh unless they have some more really cheap £8 hard drives. you wouldnt have shopped there in the first place.

I placed 3 orders and received email confirmations for all of them. The first order (sat nav and hard drive) was placed at 1.14am and I have received a dispatch email for that one. All my orders were paid for by Visa Credit card.

So have they actually "taken" the money from your bank or it just pending???
