My thinking is, if you have so little money, then you wouldn't have budgetted for an external hardrive anyway....You're prefectly entitled to be disappointed if you missed out on a great bargain, but implying that missing out will damage your business is, well...far-fetched? As you would never have even thought of getting one had it not been for this one-off deal.

Anyway! Good luck to people who have ordered; I agree this was a very badly done special offer.

I've just started work in London as a self-employed taxi driver. I'm new to the area and don't know my way around, I was relying on that Satnav to show me how to take customers to their destinations. This has been a total disaster for me, I'll have to drive round and round for ages with no idea where I'm going.

Why are people being so nasty ... It was deal that some people did or didn't get. I thought the whole point in this forum was to share and help others or am I missing something.

Has anyone received any mails to say that the order won't be satisfied ? Not holding out any hope of getting mine but don't fancy phoning up.

To send such a message would be a direct breach of their own Terms and Conditions.

Paid by debit card.
Got one order dispatch email for the Harddrive ordered at about 2am
Still waiting on another dispatch email for the satnav ordered at about 12pm (note the pm) which customer services said was confirmed.
