Has he asked for a refund or replacement after mentioning about leaving bad feedback (even in the same email)? if so sure that comes under feedback extertion and ebay are supposed to remove negs if the buyer has 'threatened' to use one if they dont get a refund etc. I have not done this myself so cant be 100% sure on details but have a search on the forum as I have read something along these lines many times on mse so you may be able to get his feedback removed that way if he does leave a neg. Some People Live & Learn, Some People Just Live...0

As soon as he mailed me I replied offering him a full refund including postage to return and he replied saying it wasn't worth his time and effort for the price he paid and said he will just leave bad feedback as I was decieptful in my listing! So I don't know if this falls under feedback exertion, just waiting for him to leave the feedbacxk now so I can speak to eBay to find out where I stand...Credit Cards at 25/12/2017: £1297.36/17,936.78

I sold a DVD to this member for £2.00 and it had a scratch on it (apparently) and I checked all the DVDs before hand to see if they had any severe scratches on them before selling, they only had usage scratches from being used in the players, but all were in full working condition so stated that they were all in good condition.
You checked for "severe scratches" and decided it had "usage scratches".Maybe you could have described it as, Light surface scratches, but plays as new.0 -

Maybe it was scratched in the post?[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.
[/greenhighlight][redtitle]
The impact of this is to stigmatise people on benefits,
and we should be deeply worried about that[/redtitle](house of lords debate, talking about Cameron)0 -
Thats stupid sounds like he's just trying to get a freebie, i agree with everyone in this post, just leave a calm feed back explaining that you offered a refund and yes block him. I paid £1.somthing the other week for an item that broke within minuites of me having it but to be honest it was so cheap what did i expect, I left him netural feedback as it was quickly sent and well packged but just the item was faulty.
To be honest if id read through his reviews first i would have known better0
