lizzie - I have NVQ level 3 in customer service (although got back in the mid 90s and it has changed since then) and I'm the NVQ co-ordinator where I work and we offer customer service to candidates doing the qualification whilst also at work so if you have any questions, I might be able to help.

    Drop a brand challenge
on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)

not awful sally, completely your choice. I guess the wedding ring would be the weight of the gold and the engagement the weight of the gold and the value of the stone?

    back

and my bathroom is looking lush the other side is tiled too now :) not gonna get finished today though but never mind.

bought the train ticket, still not packed :) still got ironing and cleaning to do, and i need to find something for tea.

how long does rice pudding take in the oven? i've only cooked it in the slow cooker, need to use up the milk.

Sally if you can raise money by selling the rings do it, they are no use to you now anyways.
