I need to find the going rate I guess, I took an old chain and soverign that was my nans into a local shop and they gave me good money..My rings are platinum and actually I think I have the certificate to authenticate the diamond somewhere so guess they might be worth a couple of hundred...need the money to pay for the divorce lol!
Sally, I think if you will be using the money your recieve for the rings in this way then its fine. After all they were given to you freely from your ex and I doubt he will chip in for the divorce anyway. Its better than you strugaling to pay for it and the rings sitting in a draw unloved for years

Cant get old engagenent ring off or my wee pinky ring.
Ive got a multicoloured one on my left hand.

Gold and silver is ok in mri Beanie its just metal like clasps on your bra, my mum had mri scan she was allowed to keep all her jewellery on, but had to take off her watch.
I'm so peed off, house is still a mess ironing hasn't been done and suitcase still haven't been packed, and everyone is sat watching me.
Lmc, have you got a local bead shop? i buy beads from the internet, but to match to a percific peice isn't a good idea because the camera distorts the colour slightly.Boiler pot £30.92/£10000 -

Am back from day out. Was fairly MSE. We purchased snacks from a shop and went for a drive up the byeways in the countryside. We then stopped in a fantastic old church and finshed with dinner in a country pub that cost just under £25. DH was over the moon I let him take his new truck off road and it was a fairly cheap day out as we went less than 10mph so spent hours driving a few miles Debt at highest: £8k. Debt Free 31/12/2009.
