The factory is terribly mis managed so it is a plan to save on wages despite them actually having enough orders to work the full 5 days........mental or what??

There have been quite a lot of redundancies over the last 2 years and they are on a minimal level of staffing as it is.

Next step will be closure, who knows for sure what will happen:(

Quite unsettling times for both of us as I work in FE and there will be further cuts there too.

    Evening all

Very, very stressy day.....call at 10am from a hospital saying they had a bed for DH could he be there in 2 hours.....we had no idea what/where/when/why....spent a frantic hour making calls to find out that last weeks neurologist's report wanted him admited for obs for a few days....managed to make arrangements to get there, packed a bag and got there just in time for admission.....saw 2 neurosurgeons, went through 4 hours of intensive tests to be told that they're refering him on further and they discharged him.....need to go back for a lumber puncture and brain function testing next week but they couldn't arrange that over the weekend.....

    And breatheeeee........

    It's never dull here!
