I cant see the teaching happening gonzo, I cant afford to carry on my voluntary work in the school anymore, cant get a paid job to continue getting the experience I need, and I've already been rejected from the PGCE once, and there aren't really the jobs in this area even if I do manage to finally get qualified.

Sorry for the negativity in my post, but I'm considering giving the teaching thing up completely now and that makes me sad

Some of you may remember that I became unemployed last August and went onto income based jsa because I was self employed. It took them nearly 3 months to process my claim and my MP had to intervene. Because I had a small mortgage protection policy they deducted this from my award and paid me £45 a week.
After 13 weeks I asked about my mortgage interest being paid and was told I didn't qualify until 26 weeks.
I started work in Feb just after I applied for the mortgage interest,
Today I get THREE letters which made no sense so I phoned.
They now say they didn't deduct the motgage protection! He has now gone to find out what they did deduct and why. Therefore i owe them money. However, I WAS entitled to mortgage interest from 13 weeks so they will take what i owe off that and pay it to the building society.
They are noallowed to pay it o me despite the fact that I scrimped and borrowed to keep the payments up!
