Evening Osers. DS2 is at Beavers. OH is sleeping on the sofa. AGAIN. DS1 is slobbing on the sofa with the dog.

The dog. Guess what she did today? She had chicken liver for brunch, but didn't seem to fancy it. (Fed her outside, obviously because of smell etc.) I didn't chop it as I usually would, just straight from the container into her dish, so she could have a changed. Queue Coco, grabbing a piece of liver throwing it into the air across the garden then running as fast as she could to the other side, to catch it, it was hysterical! If I hadn't been so tired I would have had the sense to record her on my phone, I'm annoyed about that. She spent a good 10-15mins with it, doing this. Pick up, toss (about 10-15 metres), run fast, jump, catch, back and forward. I love her, but there's no way you'd catch me doing that! Yeuck.

NPM. Hugs for you. I kept Annie amused last night with these, which I keep for emergencies. I find the philosophy of Eeyore very comforting.

"Oh, Eeyore, you are wet!" said Piglet, feeling him.Eeyore shook himself, and asked somebody to explain to Piglet what happened when you had been inside a river for quite a long time.

You'll dry off soon, my love, hopefully this episode will only be a wee burn rather than a river. X

BB no car is not back yet. We have 2 cars and unfortunately one has been off the road because of a lack of funds for quite a while. They re both now in the garage as OH is off to Huddersfield for four weeks from next Saturday and needs the big car to go with him. The mechanic has been a darling, and knows exactly what is wrong with both, but Mark's car takes priority for now. Keeping the matchbox for another few days. The fault with my car is apparently so difficult to misdiagnose that he thinks they are taking the mickey, and is doing me a written report. He is also a MOT station, so that should hopefully help my case. Thanks for asking. Dog = crazy, just caught her eating a bobbin of black thread. Lord only knows where she found it.

    Evening All

Managed to get in to see the Dr and he has put me on another antibiotic eye ointment to see if that helps.
Honestly another 7 days with a gammy eye I really hope that this stuff sorts it.
He also said that the other doc got it wrong that I don't have a staff infection in my legs - I actually have varicose excema
Oh joy oh bloody joy :( could cause probs if I have the knee replacement surgery - will have to ask the consultant when I see him in June.

So feeling pretty low tonite, but there are worse than me so I am not going to let it get to me :)

NPM ....I hope you are feeling a bit brighter tonite and that DS is ok - From what you said earlier he sounds like he is feeling a little insecure and maybe the wedding at the end of this year and all the preparations might be unnerving him. (((((((((((((Hugs)))))))))))))))

JackieG.. let me know when she learns to sew - I have lots of repairs to do :rotfl::rotfl:
When you get your report make sure that you send one to trading standards......I really hope you can get it sorted out x

Oh well time to go and do my eye ( It is really horrid greasy stuff )

Plus it has turned really cold here tonight so I will go and fill my hot water bottle as well and then I am off to bed.

Sleep Well all will chat some more tomoz x

    Hi all
thanks very much for all your comments and support:A.
DS has gone to his dads for the day tomorrow.
We went to the cafe at our local church and I had a good chat with a couple of friends.
DS was a little more settled this evening. I think a lot of it is because he is realising he is different from the other children and he struggles to find ways of playing with them.
BB I dont think it is due to the wedding as it is a very low key thing. He knows it is happening but there are no big plans going on at all.
Well am off to bed now as am shattered after last night....got no sleep at all.

Speaking of weddings I have finally decided what to wear on my head....at last

Glad to hear as I think you might look a bit silly throwing and chasing a bit of chicken liver :D but the mental image was highly amusing :rotfl:
