evening all.... just a quickie to say hi and I won't be around this evening as I have a governors social thingy to go to.... can't be bothered but as I am designated driver I ought to.
I have had an idea, so far there is a product that I have sourced which I was going to stock anyway, but..... looking at amazon there is no one selling it on there..... now, is there no one selling it on amazon because they tried it or no one has got there yet??? I think I might just have to have a bash and see what happens. There is a similar product, lower in price but not as good quality wise that sells very well judging by the sellers feedback.... I might just have to make a call tomorrow and get the stock quicker!
No work for me tomorrow morning as I have to run DD around for the nursery outing in the morning and then DS for Beavers in the evening... I will hopefully manage to get something done in the afternoon...
Off to get ready, have fun and don't do anything I wouldn't

Ooh Mambury, wondering what it is now!
Thanks Elly, Jo, Nixi - yeah that all makes lots of sense, I seem to end up in these friendships where I start off trying to help people out, then find I've overestimated my limits ( I do that a lot, too much imagination and too little common sense) or they just don't care either way. I'm not doing it so much recently, as my self-esteem has got better over time and I guess I'm feeling less need to prove I'm worth something. It's a shame as I've known her for ages but she listed things my DD has 'taught' her DD to do, and I just feel she's demonising her when she's only three and I'm doing the best I can with her; her DD has her own behaviours so it's not like mine's the only one. Liked the blog Jo, should follow her I think as there have been a few of hers you've posted that I've liked. Hurray about the haircut! I know you were nervous but thought it'd be fine, all my student experiences have been goodCagne, think the list of pros and cons is a good idea, I started trying to write an answer earlier but didn't feel qualified to as I have no experience in any of those ideas. But hope you make a decision you are happy with. Been up since five so bed I think, hi everyone else I've missed out, hugs all xx xx
I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @ss.... and I'm all out of bubblegum.0 -

Hi everyone. Hope you are all well.
Paulabear - how dare she say those things when you have just helped her so much. I'm trying to think in the "not your tribe" way, but I just want to punch her for you! Grr!
Jo - glad the hair turned out okay. Sounds like you feel like a new woman!! Lol.
Cagne - ooh that's a toughy. I think I would imagine one of the choices had been taken away from me and see whether I'm more relieved than upset. Then I'd know which one my heart wanted. For me, the challenging role is the one I would be upset at losing a chance at and would therefore jump at.
Everyone else - hello!
Had a bit of a bad week this week. One of the kittens suddenly went downhill on Tuesday night. I stayed up all night trying to help him feed both on his mum and with lactol, but unfortunately he died yesterday morning. I was totally broken up and sobbed my heart out. I went in to work and got lots of cuddles and support which really touched me. Then I came home at lunchtime and had a little funeral for him in the garden. I'm more logical about it now and know that there must have been something wrong with him that nature was dealing with the kindest way possible, but it has been a bit traumatic to say the least! On the positive side I still have a beautiful mum cat to look after who purrs constantly, and two healthy chubby little babies. They and my own cats have had lots of extra cuddles today!:jI shall call him Squishy and he shall be mine and he shall be my Squishy.0
