Hi everyone, I haven't been round here for a long time but I need to get back on with this challenge.
Have skimmed through a couple of threads and have been motivated by your fine selves again, it's a great goal to have to reach 10,000 but if I don't reach that I bet I save/make a lot on the way, whereas if I don't partake in the challenge I'll make/save nothing.

So, on with the challenge again
Does anybody know the companies that buy books, what books are they after. I typed in a few isbn's and they were 'not buying this title at this time'. I would like to know what they are after? If anyone knows It would be fab if u coulkd let me know.

My goal today is to start an assignment that I have been mulling over for months. I'm doing a writing correspondence course and want to make some money in this way, so if I get on with the course I will eventually get on with selling some work and making some money. Kick me up the bum please so I get on with it.

Hi everyone, hope you are all well and in good spirits. Just a quick look in for me as it's been a really busy week and not looking good on it slowing down for a few days yet.

As Facebook friends will have gathered I did the interview for the kittens on Wednesday night - I was in such a rush to get home in time and get the cat litter/food/toys cleared up that I forgot to be nervous :D. My accent is appalling and I'll literally be hiding behind the sofa when it comes on tv, but the kittens were amazing. They really pulled all the "cute" stops out and played to the camera. And when it comes to it, that's why people watch the programme, so they hopefully won't even notice me!!

The kittens and their mum went back to the RSPCA shelter to be rehomed yesterday and I had a few tears which I only just managed to keep back until the driver walked away with them. I have a lovely purry tabby girl now who is so tiny - probably only just over a year old - and is 4 to 5 days away from giving birth. She is called Kipper, so I'll be wanting some suitably cute and fishy names for the kittens if anyone can think of any. :)

Right, that's my lunch break over, I'm back off to work. Hope to catch up with you all properly tonight.
