Love this blog post about self sabotage especially the end bit about her dog.

Great blog link Jo. Loved the story about her dog - we do tend to go into blind panic in a crisis sometimes and make the stupidest decisions rather than waiting until calm logic comes back.:jI shall call him Squishy and he shall be mine and he shall be my Squishy.0

what I love though is that she is saying not to berate ourselves and treat ourselves harshly when we do but to offer ourselves kindness and understanding and carry on moving forwards.

How´s this for embarrassing - my friends came round last night to fix a couple of things in my house, and the lift broke down with them in it ... I was mortified ...0

HI Paula!! It has been a bit humid and heavy today. Feels like it wants to maybe rain here, goddess I hope it does soon!
I have been meaning to ask you Paula, I have always wanted to play with clay a bit but have no idea where or how to start or even what type can you help please? I eventually hope one day if I get a slightly bigger place that is to be able to have a turning wheel and try my hand at that. Been trying to find a local class for it. Have always done ceramics and such but now fancy a play with clay and molding etc..I am somebody. I am me. I like being me. And I need nobody to make me somebody! Louis L'Amour0
