Aww Munchki, I'm glad you are happy, you deserve it
Good luck for the job!! And have a great time tonight.
I'm listening to REO Speedwagon and The Eagles. Instant happiness
Edit: Not at the same time...it was I can't fight this feeling, and Take It On The Run, now its take it to the limit. I used to listen to this song to get to sleep...couldn't sleep without it.
Edit Edit: Ever feel like you are just spamming the forum? I probably am. OH has been gone since 8am and I'm lonely. Sorry guys.Signature down for maintenance :rotfl:0 -

Hi Nixi - sorry to hear about your situation. That's rubbish after all you and your family have endured. With my legal head on, i would suggest that the key point is that the success of any claim you might make is dependant on how the notice was served (whether in person or by post) and that this should be considered within the context of the original contract, which should stipulate termination requirements. The fact that he was served this notice and then continued to be billed for the service indicates liability on their part - however there will be conflict regarding whether they are liable for just the payments made following contract termination or whether they are responsible for recompensing those payments as well as the contents of the garage. Whilst i agree with not telling your Dad due to the upset this might cause, i certainly would not just let this lie. You could be entitled to compensation for years payed since they allegedly terminated the contract as well as compensation for the contents (which would be at face value and unfortunately wouldn't reflect all the hard work/passion he has for the vehicle etc). In the short term, i agree with Jo - seek in writing the events from their perspective. In the long term, however, i wouldn't let this go. In my view, a few hours stress for what could be hundreds of pounds - genuinely deserved - is worth it. Just my view of course

Ahh, I see.
Merkins don't bother me. Foot fetishes do. Eurgh. I hate feet so badly...even mine. Ew!
I would much rather talk to someone in a merkin then someone with a foot fetish.
Em - Was considering doing that, but deleted it. Great minds think alikeSignature down for maintenance :rotfl:0
