Right, 6 coffees later, last nights leftover pizza (Was REALLLLY Naughty and got a delivered one from dominos) - I Justified it as both me and DW where working really hard on getting all of the bits of code and content I have lieing around turning them into a plan and it was more beneficial to grab a buy one get one free pizza and carry on working through our work long term than the short term financial loss. Not sure why I am going into details - prob as I feel guilty about the expense - but where is a computer nerd without good coffee (I refuse to drink rubbish coffee) and pizza?

I think im almost in thinking in english again!

Saucy that all sounds really great. hope puppy perks up later when he's had a good rest.
Nixi I think you are right not to tell him till you have all the facts and then decide whether to.
Your wedding idea sounds fab. think both truly and babymoo were considering favours although quite different sorts I think.
Saucy my children are sooo not Mary Poppins children.lol. but they have their moments.
They are both tucking in now as we speak and watching a dvd that my friend lent them as party entertainment. DD keeps saying this is an amazing surprise. I didn't know this was coming and then a few minutes later she says this is so nice. wow what a great party.
soooo cute. I could eat them both right now.

NLID don't feel guilty. If you've already spent it then enjoy it otherwise it really is a waste.

haven't told DD that one of the ingredients in her "sweet party pancake biscuit" is turmeric. haha.
could have been worse DS has been quite restrained in his choice of ingredients today.
we chopped up loads of jelly babies and sugar fruit type sweets and put them in 3 bits of the muffin tin and meltedthem down and left them to set. we didn't really have long enough so when I tried to get them out they were still gooey underneath so stuck to the spoon. so we did it with 3 spoons and left the mixture on the spoon for spoon lolllies. DS has eaten his so quick. gulp.
then throw in chocolate biscuits and cheesy puffs from my friend and it could be a late night for us.
we have plastic plates and yellow napkins and some home made decorations and presents.
I have really enjoyed my day today.
will stop waffling about it now.

oh I know - dominos is just miles ahead of every single one of our local pizza places! They delivered us a (well needed) meal within 30 mins of ordering and neither of us had to stop working other than to eat!

Now times like that I dont mind shelling out hte money - but i do feel guilty the next day that the money could have been spent elsewhere - although a mate of mine has offered to go halves with me on a car - he wants the back half and I need the front half (Literally he has been rear ended and needs the back half of the car and I have rotten front wings and need the front!

then we will break it and sell it at a profit.

Jo, you make me miss being a child. It sounds lovely!
NLID, you've made me hungry now. We are well known to Dominoes here, they give us good deals and free stuff, which is nice.

I'm starving. Didn't think that OH being gone meant ordering food is pointless, and have none here. Actually, haven't had a drink today. Back in a second!

Hi everyone!! Finally a few mins to sit down!!

Have done the shopping *yikes* but worth every penny heheehe
Have done two loads of washing by hand and they are now dried, folded and even put away!!
Have a what I hope is going to be a great triple choccie cheesecake chilling in the fridge, although am rather unhappy with the base this time but hey ho, hope they like it.
My son came over and installed my surround sound today *finally* hehe
Have tidied the kitchen, bath and bedroom, just the lounge to do and a quick hoover and dust *normal friday things* oh yes and finally remembered to feed the cat!!! *she was very grateful indeed*
Take a shower yet and then try and chill for a bit lol Feel like I am running on overdrive, must be the excitement of it all heheh.

and had a phone call about the job I applied for at work. I knew I was going to start doing half days in the department which was supposed to go on for a few weeks, however today I got a phone call to say I have an official interview for said job on Wednesday!! woohoo!! Am so excited.

I have waited months and months for things to turn around and although I do still have some hurdles to get over I am so so grateful for all I do have now and for you all and for the CAB who have been a lifeliine to me in helping sort out all the financial side of things and dealing with the creditors. I am a very very lucky person indeed and I never ever take that for granted!

Right off to find the hoover and hopefully not suck the cat up in it!!
I am somebody. I am me. I like being me. And I need nobody to make me somebody! Louis L'Amour
