    Hello peeps, hope everyone is very very well!

    NLID, big hugs mate, as I said before, this could well be a good thing, the court will decide what you can afford to pay and the creditors won't be able to keep hitting on you, provided you keep up the set payment. I wouldn't give up on trying to contact CCCS though, they are brilliant. Until the end of last year, I lived on the DFW board, they're super knowledgeable and will tell you exactly what to do next. Please, please do post on there.

    Just sat down for a mo, haven't had a chance to go eat yet and I have to start looking out stuff for my little weekend trip away! :j

    NLID you have had some great advice off Toots, M&P and Nixi - I hope it all comes together soon. did you know that there is a cccs thread as a sticky at the top of the debt free wannabee board? advisors from cccs are on there and whilst they do not give very specific advice on the thread they do reply so may be worth saying you are really struggling to get through on the phone and what can you do? or is it worth doing the online process with cccs and then they may call you?

    well I must be having some kind of midlife crisis cos I just washed the car by hand!!!!
    DH wanted to take it to the car wash cos it got so bad from sticky bud things dropping off the sycamore tree that it was almost impossible to open the windows lol.
    So i said just get me a big sponge and I'll do it. its a bit of a rough and ready job but cleaner and the windows work.hehe
