ooh Even, you really are getting them at the moment.

I'd find out what the time limit is for the Italian one for her to claim it hasn't been delivered. Can you try and think back to what you might have done with the delivery receipt - do you keep them all in one place or in your purse or bag?

As for the lady with the clothes - if you have never stated you were sending them next day then it is of no concern of hers what you paid for the postage. If it cost less than you charged her you can say (it's probably true) that the rest was for packaging. She agreed to pay it when she bid for it, and as long as you have done what you SAID you'd do, she hasn't a leg to stand on. Don't send her your receipt.

Grr, people are soo annoying when they try to get something for nothing!

ETA - Lol, great minds Toots!!!

  • Even - tell her exactly that. Courier costs more (she doesn't need to know that) direct her to the homepage of the company that delivered. She is after something for nothing as most people are now. If you get a neg, then you can try emailing EBay and telling them it is unfair, as for Paypal, she got the item, you have tracking, that really is all they care about, honest.

Toots - ahhh, I get it now. I am soo thick sometimes! Hmmm, don't wear shoes in the house either, beige carpets. Do I really have to get dressed before my cuppa and cig?? Oh well, will go with a modified, get dressed to slippers!

Right, thats me done for the night! Night all, sleep well xxxx

Quick question re Blogger. I did a few posts all at the same time, and have spaced out when I posted them so that I can update it about my foster cats in between. I just published one that I did a week or so ago and it has posted it before the one I did this week. Does anyone know if there is a way of getting the latest one I posted to actually be at the top?

Joey I'm a bit confused just terminology wise. which post is at the top? the one that you had written a bit ago and published today or the one you wrote and published earlier in the week. I can read your question either way which might just be me being dense!!

  • Thanks for that, thats what I thought
I was quite annoyed with her tone to be honest, and as far as Im concerned she got a bargin
Other people who have bought clothes bundles from me have said exactly that
Everything is immaculate I sell.....OCD with washing....only thing that I like to be perfect, just could do without hassle, got enough going on
As for italian....why wait 2 months to sayit was missing? seems strange to me
I will see if Ican find reciept but wont hold my breath as I thought after 2 months I wouldnt need them

Lol Jo, sorry, my post was a bit confusing. I know you worked it out, but just to be clear - I wrote the History of Cats part 3 a couple of weeks ago but published it tonight. I wrote the Hidden Treasure one the other day and published it the other day.

When I've gone onto my History of Cats post to publish it, blogger has used the date I wrote it rather than the date I published it and therefore it is now further down the page than Hidden Treasure, but I wanted it at the top as I've only just published it.

Hope that's clear (as mud !!!)
Phew - and breathe! LOLOLOL :p

Joey, try this maybe. go into edit posts choose the one that you want to be at the top and click edit. at the bottom of the text box is a clickable thing that says post options. if you click that there is an option for post date and time as automatic or set date and time. choose set date and time and type in todays date as 5/20/10 don't worry about the time and then click publish post it should now move to the top of the blog when you view it.
have just tried this on my private try things out blog and my post moved to the top.

ps the post does NOT end up on your blog twice as I worried it might
