Yes, I know what you mean, I kind of sat there reading it going, nahhh will never work that!! But I figured hey, what the hell, let's just go with the flow. It sure does look nice all sparkly doesn't it! The dress to shoes thing just means get totally dressed as soon as you get up, including your shoes. It's supposed to make you ready and raring to go apparently. I never wear shoes in the house, so I'm not sure about that one. But again.... maybe just go with the flow....

Thats it ....I appear to be getting bad luck by thebucketful
I sold a bundle of clothes on ebay,she paid at 8pm on 13th of may,item ended on 12th
As she did not pay till thursday night I could not arrange couriers to pick up parcel till monday 17th for next day delivery, now the parcel didnt get there till today,but now she wants my invoice to see if I paid for next day so she can claim compensation
The thing is I charged what I would pay at PO but courier was cheaper, the reason being people are gettting the parcels for buttons
She got 50+ items of quality clothes lot from next, I even put in a lot of extras for her
She says shes pleased with clothes and got them for £23 which is barely 50p per item
Also I didnt say anything about next day delivery on the auction, in fact I didnt specify a time at all
I did email her when it was dispatched and said it should be there tuesday
I think shes being greedy...what should I do
Also got problems with an italian who has said she never recieved parcel two months on
Worried this will give me neg feedback had ebay for years with 100% positive
Also what about paypal what will they do

TBH its allI need right now....Damn ebay :mad:

Even, I can't really help with the Italian, but as for the other woman, don't give in to her. Your postal price includes cost for packaging, fuel to travel to post office, your time to do that blah blah, she accepted the postal cost without a time frame, that's down to her. She's being greedy imo. Just tell her firmly but politely that as next day delivery was not promised, and she has safely received the item, that should be an end to it. Either than, or just don't reply to her, you have no obligation to give her anything, although I know with that there is the risk of neg feedback, but you at least get the chance to reply to it.
