Personally I'd just keep them. Surely you were just using the bags as a means to get other more expensive items free so didn't really need any of them in the first place. It just seems to be taking the pee a bit to want a refund for the cheap items after the fact. I think as BS are so good at honouring glitches, it would be a shame to see them inundated with returns of the cheaper items.

Just to clarify that I only returned some of the bags and I also returned some items which I got incredibly cheaply - like the Vit E neck balm for £2. Some of the products I simply didn't want because they have parabens in, which I didn't know when I purchased the items for example, or because I didn't like the scent, which you can't tell online (e.g. I ordered two coconut milk body lotions, tried one and didn't like the smell, so sent back the unopened one).

Yeah it seems they have fixed it so it is BOGOF (as advertised) rather than 342, still a great offer as dearest item is free gotta love the body shop!

I really cant work out what happened last night, and why so many items were glitchy but i'm not complaining

You are right, the 'wise woman' range and gifts (almost all OOS now!) glitch has been fixed but still works with tea tree wipes.
