I just had my order rejected. i have money on my card i did place 2 orders last night. have they blocked my account and card will it unblock its self if it does how long will it take. or do i have to ring them.

Have to ring them. Some people have had a pleasant woman answer - some like me, not. I was told it must have been a bank problem and i should ring my bank - when I pointed out I already had, a very curt woman told me alright, she had marked my card as 'trusted' again but don;t be suprised if there were further problems with my bank. I asked her why, as I had well over XXXX in that account - and she just said - well there might be. But reluctantly said try again and see.

The quickest way is to call them but if your scared to it will sort itself out in a day or 2 without any money being taken from your account.

if i were you i will ring them now. i got blocked b4 and waited weeks for it to unblock itself but nothing happened. i rang them yesterday and was pleased i was able to do these glitches

It happened to me with just placing one order. I was blocked for no reason and my bank couldn't understand it. Absolutely no reason for it as all details 100% accurate, secure password correct and order going direct to billing addy. I would give them a call, the woman I spoke to wasn't very nice, but it should only be a quick call and it'll be over with! I haven't placed another order because of it...but if I saw something I wanted enough I reckon I'd get over it!

I think your IP gets blocked not the card so no matter what account or bank card you use it will not work. If you're brave enough give them a call and they'll sort it immediately for you. I think the trick is to move on to another account after 2 orders, I got blocked after using account 3 on order #6

They don't block your IP, they block your post code and house number.
