Does anyone know how I can return some gift bags as I don't really need 8?! If I take them instore they'll see I didn't pay for the gift sets and surely won't refund the bags? If I take them in without the receipt will they just give me a credit note? Never really use the Body Shop instore! Surely one of you long time Body Shoppers will know! :p

Personally I'd just keep them. Surely you were just using the bags as a means to get other more expensive items free so didn't really need any of them in the first place. It just seems to be taking the pee a bit to want a refund for the cheap items after the fact. I think as BS are so good at honouring glitches, it would be a shame to see them inundated with returns of the cheaper items.

I agree, best to use them to put your BS gifts in if you're giving them, or try to sell them on eBay or whatever. :)

Put in 2 serum, then add 4 tea tree cleansing wipes - comes to £16 - £12 with discount. YOu can use other cheap tea tree products if you don;t want wipes
