hmm iv had 2 orders declined just looked at my bank after your comment and it looks like i have 2 lots of 9 quid extra came out too wel its not off my actual balance yet just been ear marked , they will prob just hold the money for a few days then it will go back in iv had it happen before with hobbycraft online lol:D

It doesn't seem to be working today - I've just added four soaps and two skincare items (aloe eye cream and aloe serum) and they're all showing as full price in the basket....

Mine come 2 different ways - if it's in a padded envelope, it's usually Royal Mail and when it's in a box it's..........

Strangely, the value of the parcel seems to make no difference to how it arrives.......the 25p body butters and gift bags came in huge boxes delivered by courier but I have had loads of expensive stuff crammed into padded envelopes and lugged around by my little Postman

I think if it's lighter it's RM and if it's heavier it's courier.

:rotfl:I remeber all those deliveries:o They came boxed by courier because the gift bags were too big for the padded envelopes.
