the very fact that they've changed the ongoing 342 promo to 30% off (??) halfway through the promo, probably means they've realised that their systems just can't handle the ''free'' item scenario so they've made it a % off which should easy and non-glitchy for their systems. boo

tried adding 3 skincare items just to see how 30% off works but it does nothing!? proceed to checkout at full price for all 3! so from working to our advantage - and how! - it now doesn't work at all!! a bit random..

Just had emails to say two of my orders have been dispatched.

I've had emails to say all 4 of my orders have been dispatched, but weirdly 2 of them only refer to 2 items - making me wonder if they've taken out the gift box in both and I will get 2 orders of 2 bars of soap:eek:

I think I have read before that they put like items together so if you buy more than 1 of the same item it only shows as 1.

If you have ordered 2 or more of the same thing they count it as one item on the dispatch email but you will get all your items. few weeks back i ordered five of the same body butters on the email it said one item but when the box came they were all there.
