When i got up this morning and left me room to go into the hall I was so suprised at the amount of light bouncing around in there - it seems that the simple addition of a couple of coats of white primer makes a huge difference - its not dazzingly bright - but neither is is depressingly dismal.

A good start to a Monday morning.

I've got a SW breakfast on the go - Sliced potatoes sprayed with oil and roasted in the oven, served with poached egg and tomatoes (Free on Green)

Yesterday I did my one minute on the treadmill - today I need to run for 2 minutes (although someone mentioned a "couch potato to 5K" challenge that I may have to go and have a lookie at.

Raining here today but it can't dampen my fabulous mood. Child Benefit is in and today is shaping up to be a fantastic NSD.

I am going to enjoy updating my goals wall - and perhaps painting some more of the tables I am refurbishing.

Then I am gong to have a serious "scheduling session" where I take Coveys lead of "big rocks, litlle rocks, littlest rocks, gravel and sand" to fit all the fabulous stuff I get to do on the remainder of the 100 day challenge.

Lunch is going to be a thai noodle salad (HEB), with dinner being a chickpea and potato curry with rice and raitha (FREE ON GREEN), leaving me some syns for whatever I choose.

I am seriously excited about the frugal feasts that are gong to give me a fabulous figure - goal is to be 2lbs closer to desired weight by next Sunday morning.

Fill up on Free - SW Buddies

    Hola,

Not sure if they're any use to use but I've aquired a stack of new Abacus maths workbooks. They're basically 16 or 24 pages of colour illustrations with spaces for children to draw or write answers and trace over dotted numbers in order to help them with their writing. They're completely stand alone. I wondered if they'd be any use to your school, apparently my lot don't want them as they'd been chucked out for recycling despite retailing at £2 per book.

Early Years Workbook 2 - covers numbers from 1-5 with addition and subtraction using fish, ladybirds and cakes (I have 30 copies)

Number Workbook Reception 3 - covers numbers to 20, money and then numbers to 100 using animals hiding in hay bales, monkeys climbing trees and ice creams ( I have 24 of those)

Number Workbook 2 - Year 1 - Numbers to 100, odds, evens, pattersn, ordering and more work with money (2 copies)

Number Workbook 1 - Year 2 follows on with more complex addition, subtraction, symmetry and shapes (2 copies)

If you're happy to cover the cost of postage you're welcome to as many as you'd like.

    Morning,
I've decided to kick start my 100 Days from today. I won't be able to declutter but I've worked out that I should be able to do Slimming World and some walking. I should also be able to cut out the alcohol.

For the next 2 days I'm doing Extra Easy and then while I'm away I'm going to do green and eat the veggie options available.
This morning I've had weetabix and fruit for breakfast. It doesn't sound as yummy as your breakfast memory girl but it fills me up and is easy to make!

I've got a list of jobs for us all to get through today so I can leave the house tidy on Wednesday...I would like to just read my book but I figure if we work hard this morning, we should be able to do what we like this afternoon. That's the plan..

Memory girl could you explain the rocks, sand etc thing please?

    Catch you all later
