Whereas I am happy to work in a completely silent house - no TV or radio and my kids think I'm weird :rotfl:

souk I wish you lived near me, I am pants at shopping for clothes and nearly always resort to on-line M&S, same old same old :o

better result this time but the crust is hard and the middle looks quite wet??? tastes ok though

might just do the dough next time then put it in the oven to cook

I do this all the time now with my breadmaker as it cooks much better in the oven.

    HI All,

Hope everyone is having a good day. I've had a day off work today as had a long weekend away with the other half for our "togetherness" anniversary (we aren't married).

So, bread made and in the freezer, chicken casserole in the slow cooker, ironing done, kitchen tidy and even started on my accounts. Think I have been kidnapped by aliens or the nearly domestic godess fairy.:D

Just two quick questions, does anyone know if you can freeze mash! I always make too much and is it reasonable to claim some of my electricity bill against my accounts for preparation work I do at home?

Yes you can freeze mash but I confess I have to add extra butter as it's never quite as good as freshly made. Still no need to waste it though ;)

Memory Girl I am only on page 65 or something of this fantastic thread but I just wanted to say I made my first mind map for "Fabulous Figure" - sorry nicked your phrase :o Did want to call it weight loss as why focus on the very thing I don't want ;)
