  • Morning one and all, and welcome to the newbies.

I have recieved two pieces of feedback following my finance presentation yesterday...and I was right. I totally rocked! :D Hopefully I will get some more feedback as time goes on today.

Currently desperately trying to avoid getting a cold and cough which is running around the office at the moment. I don't mind if I get ill, because I can cope with it, but I do not want to pass it on to my father, who has only recently got out of hospital after a horrible bout of encephalitis and diabetic complications. So i am going to send positive thoughts to the universe so I can remain healthy for this weekend. :(

Right, got a lot of work to do today...will check in later if I get the chance! :)

    Have a good day everyone!

    :T Ditto!

(except of course the tired and drunk part, at this time of the morning that would be worrying!)

Pitty! Thought it is the last sentence! Is it about everything else?

Morning. Welcome to all new posters and hope you enjoy yourselves.

For all of you suffering from colds/coughs etc (and those not wanting to catch it). I swear by Manuka Honey. It isnt cheap but it does last forever and is very effective. If you add one spoon to a small amount of water, add lemon juice and drink. Alternatively it can be taken neat. A spoonful of honey is the medicine going down. It is now being used in some hospitals. Can be bought in supermarkets and health food stores. Try to get the highest rating one if you can spare the pennies.

Guess where I am going at lunchtime then!! :rotfl:

I got a copy of "The Power" by Rhonda Byrne yesterday, so I am going to use positivity and love to keep healthy. Oh, and manuka honey, and perhaps a visit to the steam room at the gym! :A

Done a bit more tidying and washed the bathroom floor, taken clothes upstairs, put mine away everyone else's in piles so they can put away later :)

I've had a shower, not I feel totally and utterly wiped out :(.

Gonna sit for a bit with a coffee before I do a bit more :)
