would most probably go to £20 inc postage,
I just thought that the novelty earrings are doing so well that, i would go more down that route on the website?
I think novelty earrings are doing well for things like Halloween and Christmas and events like that, maybe cupcakes because they are in vogue at the moment.
Just my opinion and I don't even wear earrings very often!:j Proud Member of Mike's Mob :j0 -

Hi all,
Well done MG on installing skype way to go!!! I',m on skype and use it most days to speak and see family and friends, plus it's really useful when house sitting as i am at the moment coz clients like to 'see ' their pets whilst away.
Oooh just a thought, virtual coaching in short slots to anywhere in the world, they can see you and vice versa, [ hope you have video call??] This would work for all sorts of businesses i think , and especially useful for peeps unable to attend seminars due to work/ life constraints.Right, now the brain cell is working!
House /animal sitting is what i do since retirement, and having [amongst other assorted careers!] been a farmers wife have lots of experience with animals. Now i have the fun looking after them and, like my Dgks, hand them back :rotfl:
Hi fives all round,

Hello my busy friends
The latest piece of homework from Mr Big is on the blog (to those who have asked, click on my name and follow the link to my Homepage)
Pretty cool one tonight - didn't take too long to achieve - but again one of those simple ones that after a while really get you thinking.
You know how they say - if you want to know where you will be in three years, look around you at the five people you spend most of your time with?
Well for me - time to start moving away from the negative ninnies - and keep hanging our with my postive pals. I wanna be on everyones A list - and I hope I'm not on anyones D list:eek:
I want to be a positive, supportve, successful role-model Don't think hanging out with some of our Scottish Ah-buts!!!!! is gonna get me there.
Time to step up my game

Afternoon all!
MG, any chance (don't worry if not) for the recipe for spicy chickpea and potato rissoles? Sounds just like my sort of cheap, filling, and yummy thing!!
Recipe - OMG, one of those "by eyes" things, so here goes.
2 cups crushed cooked potatoes
2 cups mashed cooked chick peas (not pureed, but quite chunky)
1 cup cooked veg chopped up small (used corn, carrots and green beans from tonights dinner)
1 finely chopped chilli
1/2 cup chopped coriander
1 tsp garam masala
Salt and pepper - season well
1 beaten egg to bind
Mash everything together in a bowl with your hands and then create little rissole shapes from small handfulls of the mix. Put on a tray and chill until very firm.
Dip in beaten egg and breadcrumbs a couple of times to get a nice thick crunchy coating. Press the breadcrumbs in well.
Now here you have the choice - doing SW Green??? Spray with frilight and bake at 180 fr 25 minutes ................. and serve in a large lettuce leaf wrap.
................... or deep fry in hot oil and pop on a bed of salad and pitta bread and serve wth hot chilli sauce and a cold beer!!!
Yum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - and dead cheap too.
Extras can be frozen for another day BTW.

I said a similar thing to Pania when we were running a half marathon a few weeks ago.....that I wanted to start "losing" the toxic people around me, those that I neither get good feeling from, nor feel able to give good feeling to.....
It is something that really makes you think hard, not just about others, but about yourself too - and I certainly learned a lot about the sort of person I *really* am, and once again, the results were not necessarily what I expected!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Ooh, what a good challenge MG! I must confess to not finishing off my 250 list yet - I started it on the train, then got to my station and forgot about it!
Will finish, then start assigning letters
It's interesting, I've been thinking a lot about negativity recently, as we have a friend staying with us while he finds a new house after leaving his girlfriend - and he doesn't seem to be putting a whole lot of energy into finding somewhere else to live... He's lovely - but before living with him, I didn't realise quite how much negativity he has! Work is rubbish, everything is too difficult, his course is too easy, he can't do his homework because it's too easy, he then hasn't finished it because it's too hard... Similarly, I spoke to another friend yesterday who has a similar attitude.
And I just contrast it with all the positivity that's going on here - and I know which I want to be part of! :T (in fact, I am already very cheery and have a pretty positive attitude, but it's difficult when there's a moaning minny in the house too! :rotfl: Perhaps Hypno's bubble could be used here....)
Mr Daffs refers to it as a 'Can Do Attitude'As demonstrated by pigeons
(he likes pigeons). Cheerfully eat anything, make the best use of urban spaces, carry on regardless with only one leg... I think of it as being the very opposite to the 'Yes [that's all very well], but....' attitude - rather than thinking 'I can't do it', thinking 'what can we do to make this happen?'
The very essence of your challenges, I think! :T0 -
Oh, and a quick question - I don't appear to be able to set a home page! Well, I did, and a few people managed to click through to it, but then it vanished, and I've redone it several times, saved it, and now there's nothing there! Any clues anyone?? Thanks0
