Let the roll call of progress and positivity continue. From me:
1) Young Man (DS1) started a course for Teaching Assistants - he has done so well at the first test that he was moved a level up immediately. Also there is a prospect of a job (please, please join me in a wish to the Universe on this one).
2) Sometime ago I was invited to give the key note lecture at a seminar - just heard that the funding has been awarded and I am expected with a key note. A killer one it will be.
Today something seems to be in the air - may it long continue.

Good luck with the unexpected "house guest" claire!
FW - very positive thoughts being sent over for your DS. And good news indeed on the funding.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
You've gotta pee woman! Go. Now! Be brave x (it's only a little rattie... think Wind in the Willows here (i know, technically wrong, but was the nicest rat I could think of other than Roland!))

Teapot (love the name) what a fantastic day. I can imagine the butterflies you are feeling right now. Hope you celebrated in your favourite way.
Hypno, re your downloads, I havent had a proper look but I was thinking about your driving one. I didnt drive for 20 years after passing my test (long story) so I lost my confidence. Paul McKenna, I can change your life was a big help for me. Is there an additional bit you can add into your driving one just about builiding up confidence in these circumstances? Also, and I dont know how feasible this is, can something be done about procrastination. Lots of people seem to suffer from that, know it but dont know what to do to overcome it.
FW - I am sending wishes to the universe as I type. How proud you must be.
GQ. I am pleased that you are making progress and are able to go on a little holiday. Although by the sounds of it you are going to be working very hard on all that homework.
MG, 2nd book arrived, thank you. I really love the gold stampsHope that you enjoyed yourself and that you dont step of cloud 9 for a while.
Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow -- Mary Anne Radmacher0
