When I first started with M.E I had both reflexology and councelling and both played harp music. Initally I cried buckets but then as soon as I heard it I was so calm. I think there is something in this.

I love all this positivness here.

I am only just starting on my journey and already am much more positive and receptive to ideas.
I helped a neighbour last night doing her 1st NVQ assignment. When I came home I had a real revelation: I AM GOOD AT THIS AND MY BRAIN WAS HAPPY TO BE USED. Going to spend some time thinking what I can do to stimulate my brain again.

Claire:I love the Christmas Tree earrings. Hope your rat has gone.

  • Looking forward to the next installment MG.

I have just referred my sister to the blog and to this thread (and maybe to MSE in general...who knows! :)) so another person might be joining our ranks. She wants to start a new business (as do I) and she needs a bigger network to plug into. :D I like doing things for people! :D

I have another hectic day of meetings but unfortunately, I have done something to my heel which is making it agony to walk from place to place. I think the Universe is telling me to slow down perhaps? Anyway...I have had to take a couple of paracetamol for the pain, and I just hope they kick in soon!

I'll be back for a read of the thread at lunch time while I scoff my sarnie!! :D Lots of love to all...!
