Hello memorygirl and every-one else... I've heard so much about your thread that I felt compelled to come have a look as I'm intrigued! :D

Might take me a while to catch up though, so I do apologise if I ask questions about things so far back in the thread that I confuse you all here in the future :D.

And on that note, I'm off to read from the beginnig :D.

Yes, I will do a session on time management and not putting things off.

And the driving thing is definitely on the list - it is quite a common thing it seems, so will be one of the first I do in the next batch.

If you have a true phobia claire, then you need a face to face session rather than a download - you need to have someone there to help you out if you have any sort of abreaction during your session.

Phobias can be helped very quickly, though so if it is something that is causing you a problem, you can get it sorted.

It only causes a problem, when I have to go to funerals ( I have to sit as far away from the coffin as possible) and i sit shaking, I feel sick and feel light headed in a cemetry too

or if the animals bring something in dead

Its that bad i have to cross the road if theres a dead bee on the floor i cannot walk passed it.

My cat was killed a few months ago and my neighbour put it in the garden for me so he could be burried I couldn't go out the back. So my neighbour came and buried it down the bottom. I could only put washing on the line halfway down the garden as i was getting nearer to the bottom of the garden i was starting to hyperventilate.

I've only had it since I was made to say goodbye to my sister in the funeral home when she died.

@clairewop I feel your pain, I'm terrified of mice not to mind rats, my mother's cat brings mice. You know how cats are meant to keep mice away...well her cat does the opposite and brings them to the door. Is there somebody who can check the kitchen for you? The new earings look great but if you're anything like me you won't even think about jewellery until the rat is gone.

The driving phobia seems to be really common. I did overcome it but for ages I was certain I never would. I'm still working on my driving by driving to new places when I can. I'm comfortable with city driving because I live near the biggest roundabout in my city and I learned in that environment. It's worth overcoming the phobia, driving is great.

I wonder when MG will update? Tomorrow I suppose, bet she's having a fabulous time!
