Well done MG, sounds like you did great girl! :j :j :j Knew you could! :j

But, er, what kind of event WAS this??? Some kind of memory/public speaking kind of pop idol thing??? Why on earth did one of the other speakers leave in tears???? (glad you didn't though!)

And a standing ovation! Wow! :j

    I LOVE IT HERE
    too.

There was never any doubt that you would do brilliantly. After all, (remember this) you were just on maternity leave and focusing on other things for a short time. Now you ended your leave a little earlier than you expected. Get one presentation under your belt and there is no stopping you now. OK, so some Numpties got in your way on the journey to your return but just imagine how satisfying it will be to look at them when you are paying off all those pounds in cash. Pity it cant be pennies!

Also just wanted to thank everyone for their positve thoughts & good vibes for my interview today. It worked I GOT THE JOB sorry for shouting but am so pleased and excited.

My interview was in Embra and for those of you who know that fine city there are sooooo many hills and the interview venue was up several of the steepest. So was beetroot red by the time I got there, lucky was early so sneaked off to a loo to make myself presentable and wait till I was my usual colour again.

As usual I thought of what I could and should have said after and was busy cringing about some of my answers when the phone rang but I didn't have enough reception to take it. Went for a caffeine burst and checked my emails and there was the job offer 45 mins after I left. How cool is that -:cool::cool::cool: [very] thanks again to all, you're an inspiration. An over excited Teapot
