I hope that you are feeling better this morning. Sometimes I to am guilty of attempting to open the "too difficult" box that we all have stored in the back of our minds and slaming it shut when i see the ratle snake inside. Sometimes confronting our worst psychological fears and hurts can have a massive effect as it did on you last night. What tends to happen next is that we realise that hey we've done it now, its dealt with and the rattle snake has now turned into a friendly if some what strange slow worm that cannot harm us at all. The relief when the weight is taken off our shoulder is immense. so welldone hon, for confronting those fears in the form of that letter, releasing the pain through tears and not slamming the box shut again. I hope that you are feeling the relief today. xx

Well last night I spent an entire evening in just my dads company. something i havent done in over 20 years, and a very special time it was too. We are having a day together today driving around seeing the places of his childhood. It is strange to know that i know my mother inside out but my dad was an unknown entity to me (for reasons I wont go into here) getting to "Know" him more than i ever have is therapy indeed and a realisation of one less toxic thing in my life. good times!!

Claire, a couple more thoughts (why do I have plenty of ideas for other people and not for myself??) Can you include overseas postage on your site - or at least say that you are able to offer it - some customers may want to send direct to friends and relatives abroad. Also can you do clip-on versions of the earrings? A few people (me) don't have pierced ears but still like to wear earrings for special occasions. And lastly (MSE head on here ) did someone mention a 10% discount code?? :rotfl:

yes I can do clip ons I only have silver plate at the moment, yes I should add on the earring descriptions that the earring can be swapped to a clipon if need be.

Claire, thinking about giving vouchers to people, will the site do a promo code box on the payment page? Then you can print off a page of vouchers, cut then up with a code like 'bat10' or'xmas 15' so that you can specify the type of discount.

A A4 page could easily be designed with 10 vouchers on it so they would be small enough to put in the boxes.
