I would love to earn a full time wage on my jewellery but cause the fairs are seasonal, (summer And Christmas) its not really feesable. Plus with my disability i cannot make it quick enough i don't think

Totally stumped myself re business plans and whatnot.:o
I worked out my hourly rate was £84 not sure how i arrived at that figure though, but it is a nice one
Now how to make that a reality?
I'd initially calculated my hourly rate as around £68 and panicked myself, thnking how far from that I am at the moment and then realised that instead of monthly income x 12, I'd done it x 52. Hi MG I am reading this on my brand new dongle (mark 2 as the first one had to go back good job I had receipt with me as I am about 300 miles away from where I bought it!) but very MSE as it cost me £19.97 and there is a initial special offer that a £2 top up gives me 30 days internet access (internet today would have cost me £10 in the hotel) and I have three days in Cardiff the week after next so I can use it then as well so very MSE too!
I have read tonight's challenge and really if this is going to be a challenge you need to go for the 400K otherwise I think it will be too easy for you. You admit that you have already been preparing for returning to work and you have your books and your reputation already so personally I think it would be a walk in the park for you to reach your hourly rate. Sorry if that sounds harsh but I really want you to fly. I would love to carry some coins too please.
Awful journey down here the M6 is a joke but it gave me plenty of time to think about my letter and my new business and lots of things seem to be falling into place in my mind just waiting for some information I have sent for and then I am going to jump right in. I will definitely be starting from scratch as this is a totally new departure for me so if I am to reach my targets I need to get started asap.
Right off to do more research. Hope everyone else is moving along there have been some great posts.

Clairewop, just a thought - have you considered selling your jewellery on etsy.com. You might already be aware of it so apologies if you are, but just thought I would mention it.

Hay all, my hourly rate is £120, scary! Done my elimination list too. Am totally into decluttering and pretty happy with my life so just a few things on there relating to the new job which I hope to sort a lot before 2011!
MG think you should go for the £400K too...but i know that's easy for me to say. X'The road to a friends house is never long'0 -
