ok does that include the extra £15 a week because my rent is well under the LHA..?

I already explained why you wont get the extra £15 a few posts above. Its only when you qualify for full LHA and that you do not

you dont get the extra £15 per week into your back pocket but your LHA award will be assessed based on your rent + £15 per week.

Your income is then taken into account to get your weekly hb award.

if your were on jsa you would get your rent + £15 per week if that total figure is equal to or under the LHA amount appropriate to your household. The £15 per week is an excess lha amount and is capped at £15 per week, it used not to be capped which resulted in landlords and tenants colluding to rip off the system

Yes if you were not working you will be entitled to full LHA which if your rent was lower than the LHA amount then you will get the extra amount. But this will soon be stopping anyway.
But as you are working you do not qualify for full LHA hence the deduction and having to make up the shortfall. So you only get the rate quoted on the entitledto form. Nothing more. The more you earn the less LHA you get.
