That's not failure sock-knitter, that's success. You've done some washing and the ironing, well done :)

Ironing is a lot more than most do on here. Anyway don't feel bad, you are decluttering the washing and ironing so that you CAN fly

Hello, Can I jump in please? I'm trying to get back to the flylady habit. Years ago I bought sink reflections.... I still make my bed every day - but that's the only habit that ever stuck with me :o

I've had too much "stinking thinking" recently as after being made redundant OH decided he was no longer going to do any cleaning at all as he was fed up of it! Anyway, since I'm still job seeking and he's got some work just now, I feel like I should be doing it rather than being stubborn. As flylady says I deserve a clean fresh loo! So I've signed up to the many flylady emails for some motivation.

    So far I have done:

    Monday:
    Made the bed
    10 minute dust of lounge
    10 minute hoover through
    10 minute tidy of lounge

Went out for the afternoon and evening.

    Shined my sink
    Swished and swiped bathroom
Dusted or cleaned the bits that annoy me in the bathroom each time I visited it

    Tuesday:
Got dressed to my socks ;)
    Made the bed
Tidied my underwear drawer and my t-shirt drawer
Dusted my entrance way and hallway (as per flylady website)
Washed all the hall walls down and door frames from grubby hand prints
    Washed the small entrance floor
    Washed the front door down
Used a borrowed carpet cleaner to clean the hall carpet  the water was gross!

    To do today:
    Dust and hoover the bedroom
    Wipe kitchen worktops down
    Swish and swipe
    Shine the sink
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?

Pigpen - love them both - First one would look lovely in my LR and the second would go nicely in my BedR - if you could just pop out [in your condition] and get some for me that would be lovely - I'll pay you of course [when I've car booted all my carp!!] - lol
