    Typing

Tuesday ~ Kitchen and Dining room
    Level One

    Level Two
    Level Three

    Tuesday all done please

Really pleased with all I've got done this morning, am going to have my lunch whilst checking MS to see if any other jobs need doing locally, and then buckle down to some typing before the dentists. I will need treatment as filling coming out though thankfully not painful, only painful in the fact I'm going to have to pay for it :(.

First time was slow for me but second time was definitely quicker so maybe she'll be lucky though doesn't always happen (but we won't tell her that will we!) Course it doesn't help DD was born with her hands by her head like Superman; should have known then she'd be a tricky customer shouldn't I ;)

I have just been to the Flylady site for the first time and it does look quite good.

The one question I have is regarding the 27 item boogie thing or whatever you call it

When you collect 27 items to throw away is this per room or throughout the entire house? Also, are you supposed to do this just once a day?

I did it yesterday but only in the bathroom, never knew how many nearly empty or old toiletries I had stuck away in the cupboard in there.:o

I also did the 27 items to give away so I must make sure I go to a charity shop later or I won't have room to put my shopping in the boot.

    :)

Welcome and you are doing well. It is up to you how often and where, one day you will get to the point where you can't find 27 things and then your task will be done;) Until then I'd suggest once a day (more if you want) and if you want to stick to a room at a time that will work well but if not just grab what you can from anywhere.
Reading the first entry I have noticed something which is a major hotspot for me - letters. I'd be grateful for any suggestions as to how to deal with these - I always seem to have a pile of letters somewhere which need some sort of action so cannot be filed away but look very untidy left out.

Firstly start actioning them so that you don't have as many. Then get two pretty wallet files (the ones which have poppers are good WH Smith do them). Use one for things that you have actioned but are awaiting a response on and the other for ones you need to action. Then choose 3 days a week to quickly check them. You can tuck them somewhere nice if they are pretty ideally where you sort your post/by your pc.

Almost finished downstairs so just doing a few tasks on here whilst having my lunchbreak and then to the bathroom for me.
