Feeling a little better now I have had a sleep..........we went to Tesco, OH's glasses snapped in half yesterday, after a bit of a struggle, they have agreed to replace them free of charge, but this is the second pair he has bought from Tesco which have proved problematical, so he will not be getting anymore from there. I had got the shopping I wanted and as we were going to the checkout the fire alarm went off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!GGGGGGGGGGGGGGRRRRRR I had to leave the shopping behind and there were two bags of bread flour one at 42p and one at 35p, they were selling them off.....not happy.........
Elona, I do feel for you at this very difficult time.........I hope if the end has come it was peaceful.....I will be thinking of you.

Thanks everybody for all the support.
We got to the hospice as quickly as we could but my Dad had passed away at 1.45 - he went quickly and peacefully, was not in pain and had a anurse with him at the end. He remembered us all coming down last night even though he kept falling asleep and was talking about it to the nurses this morning.
When doctor saw him this morning he was still insisting he was "fine!"
Have been consoling my daughters and they are watching telly with Ben and Jerrys cookie dough ice cream at the moment.
Sent flowers to the g.p. who looked after my dad and got him in the hospice - as a Scot, I think my dad would approve the fact they were a special deal!
Thank you all so much for all the support over the last four months.:A"This site is addictive!"
