Right, I've emailed Boots, sent them a really nice message explaining how silly and unobservant I was not noticing the expiry date and asking if there is any chance they could send another voucher. Not very likely I know, but worth a try. I'll let you know what happens.

I'm taking a small amount of change so I can ring my Mum - apart from that, we'll make do with hubby nipping outside and using his mobile I think, it's just sooo expensive to ring from the hospital. For everyone except close family and friends, we'll do a group text, and then ring round properly when we're back at home (or when hubby is back at home, if for any reason I have to stay in).

Hahaha, I know what you mean Kelinik, but if DS is anything to go by, I could have up to another 6 weeks to go yet :eek:

She keeps trying to put in an early appearance, but then changes her mind - I've had very strong Braxton Hicks contractions, and her head engaged and then un-engaged again.......today I've got a funny sharp pain in an unmentionable place....so who knows.......

I've got to the stage now where I don't really like going out as my bump is so noticeable and people I don't even know stop me to ask me about how I am, and prod me, which is sort of nice, but I'm really shy and get all embarrassed and tongue tied talking to strangers, so I must end up seeming like a bit of a weirdo. I can't hide my bump with my coat either, with the weather being so warm.

And I've got sun-rash....arrggghhh......so my face is sore and, well, rashy, which just adds to how unattractive I feel.

On the plus side though, my cold is finally improving, and I'm only deaf in one ear now, hurray!!
