And the boobs leaking in Tesco when some random child cries and you don't notice until you've got your own wet T-shirt contest going?Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0

Ohh, I already can't walk past a crying child without feeling 'the tingle' lol....
With DS I could have literally fed the whole street - he was born in the September and we went out to a party at New Year (just a family and friends thing). I remember having to hide in the loo while hubby nipped home for a clean outfit, bra, pack of breast pads and knickers (yep, I was that soaked)."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Evening ladies
How are you doing Snaggles? Feeling better? I hope so
Its funny but my milk didnt come in with DD1 (maybe it was my age onlt being just 18:eek: ) DD2 made up for it :rotfl: After the shock of waking up on day 3 with these HUGE mountains on my chest I was nicknamed *Daisy* on the ward:heartpuls baby no3 due 16th November :heartpulsTEAM YELLOWDFD 16/6/10"Shut your gob! DS is sitting here with me making 'a plan' - I asked what he was planning....he pointed to a piece of paper with some drawings on and said 'This here is a load of old rubbish we don't need, and this here is something really cool like a new toy, and what we need to do is find some way of making that (points to the rubbish) into that (points to new toy) - so I'm going to sell the rubbish on eBay and then buy the new toy'.
I'm killing myself laughing....wonder where he gets his ideas from :rotfl:"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

How about the midwife shoving hugely engoreged breasts into a screaming child's gob as their way of 'showing you how to breastfeed'?
that sounds familiar...

Or the feling like your wazoo is going to drop off and having to walk around clutching it? And heaven forbid anyone make you laugh?!?!?!
Then you find yourself clutching your bits in a vain hope of stopping them from dropping off...Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
So glad to hear everything was ok in the end snaggles, haven't been able to get online for two days and have been desparate for news!!
The thing with midwives not getting jobs is very widespread apparently, the staff shortages are not a shortage of qualified midwives, just a shortage of money to pay them. There are recruitment freezes all over the place and budgets being cut, while all the while they're spending £45,000 per midwife on the 3 years training only for them not to get jobs at the end of it  Just been watching last night's panorama programme about midwifery shortages, what am I letting myself in for?!?!
Wazoo... never ceases to make me laugh!!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:Don't stress, relax, let life roll off your backs. Except for death and paying taxes, everything in life is only for now...
