    OOOh I remember that feeling ..... ouch!!!

    I was told that nipple twiddling was a sure way to get things going. Apparently it releases prostaglandins which are the hormones that start labour off (and they are in the gel that they use for induction). I think you have to do it for a while though :rotfl:

    I used clary sage oil in the bath. It was very relaxing but didn't start me off.

    Re nipple twiddling - unfortunately I had a voile panel on my living room window that I took down to wash but it fell apart......so the whole street would now be able to see me!! I'll either have to just be patient, or wait until it goes dark hahaha!

    Oh, DFW is making me giggle today.... it's terrible sitting here on your own, laughing at a computer screen!

    I need to do something money related to take my mind off all this baby stuff - she's never going to come out while I'm just sat prodding my stomach and waiting!

    The thing with pooing during labour is you normally don't realise til after (you've got better things to worry about) when your fella turns round and says 'BTW you did a massive poo!'.. Yea thanks... Men... :rolleyes:
