    The thing with pooing during labour is you normally don't realise til after (you've got better things to worry about) when your fella turns round and says 'BTW you did a massive poo!'.. Yea thanks... Men... :rolleyes:


    Yes my OH did the same to me after our son was born :o Bless the midwife for not mentioning it though, they all deserve medals and massive salaries IMO!

    I've really enjoyed reading this thread, my son is 5 now and it's brought back some lovely (and some not-so-lovely) memories of pregnancy. All the best to you Snaggles! xx

    I am lucky as neither my hubby or midwives told me whether I did or didn't, and I am happy to remain in the dark on that one !!!!!!!!

    I remember when I was in labour saying to my BF if I did and he told anyone I'd ****ing kill him ..... The midwife asked him what I said and he said oh nothing!!!!

    I pooed with both my labours.. I didn't care at the time though as had more important and painful things to worry about *shudders thinking about it* and I only knew because ste told me.

    Well, it can only be a good thing having such an open and honest relationship!! :)
