Thanks chev - I was getting a bit nervous at the hospital because the two other ladies that were there at the same time were both taken off - one to delivery suite to be induced and one to theatre to have a section! And my blood pressure was STILL okay lol!

Snaggles/Weller, we are back from the Dr who exhibition. Snaggles I think you may have been looking at the season ticket prices. Cost to get into Dr who exhibition was £6.50 for adult, £4.50 for concessions, under 5s free, they also do a family ticket for £20 (2 adults 2 children). The science museum is free and has areas for you to eat a packed lunch.
Lol, that doesn't surprise me at all - I'm so dozy at the moment!
Those prices actually aren't so bad at all, especially if you're not having to pay for food etc. Hope you had a nice day out?"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
So glad everything's ok. Knew you'd be fine! As for the mild contractions I was put on a monitor because of light bleeding on the friday which showed me having light infrequent contractions as well... the midwife said that it was my uterus getting ready for labour and she'd expect to see me in a few days.. she was right as I had K on the monday so who knows? Those could be the start of something!Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Hi Snaggles
So pleased to hear your BP has gone down, its so stressful beign pregnant isn't it.
As hard as it seems you must relax and not over do anything. I learnt the more i did the more it went up, they had me on daily visits for the last week of my pregnancy as mine was all over the place, but with 3 little ones it was hard luckily i have my mum and dad across the road to help so i did get a break. Also it did not help that i was supposed to have a section as my baby was breech and on the way to theatre they scanned me to find he had turned at 39 weeks and 4 days. He was still breech at 39 +2. I packed my hospital bag more times lol. Luckily no he is out of the womb he isn't so awkward.
Anyway i am rambling now. Put your feet up and relax xxYou can touch the dust but please don't write in it !
Would you like to speak to the man in charge, or the woman who knows whats happening?0 -
Kitchen Jug???? Please take me off the "invite to tea" list then :rotfl:
It's sterile... And some people pay for that sort of thing...

Yes its in Manchester0 -
My Mum has filled me with scary c-section horror stories (I was born by c-section), but I'm trying to keep it in perspective, as it was thir...thirt...twenty-odd years ago
She went under general anaesthetic too, and I'm fairly sure they don't knock you out any more.
Well if she turns out like you then a c section will be no bad thing - for the baby that is but maybe not for you for that matter. At least you wont poo like a man! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Penny - yes, it's the one in Manchester - it looks fab!
Chunky - you must have felt as though you didn't know whether you were coming or going! Your kids look adorable though, so you obviously did something right."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
