Thanks God I have FINALLY managed to use up the remains of my bottle of Simple Cleansing Lotion. I was starting to think it might be endless!

WIBA? Probably not. It must be great for people who can't use perfumed stuff, but there was nothing too special about it, although it seemed to do the job (there would still be traces of foundation on my the cotton wool I used for toning, so I'm not entirely sure that's a good sign). It was ok, though, and did seem to last forever, so it's probably good value for money.

    OH NOOOOOO!!

A girl at work has started doing the avon and has put a nice shiny book on my desk full of pages and pages of goodies

Its like turning up to an AA meeting with a crate of beer and a big bottle of wine:beer:!! HELP!!

    :p:p:p

Vikki, I can sympathise with you so much with this! Someone where I work does Avon too, and every couple of weeks there seems to be a new book. One thing that has helped me while I have been doing this challenge is occasionally I will treat myself to a piece of costume jewellery or a new bag. It kind of makes up for things while I'm not buying toiletries and the prices can be quite reasonable if you search out a bargain!

I've had a few more use-ups over the past couple of days:

Body Shop Cucumber freshening water - WIBA? Yes, I really like this, very cooling and refreshing. I have one more in stock, but may try to use up a couple of travel size things before opening the new one.

Elvive Shampoo for coloured hair - WIBA? Yes I would, it seems to suit my hair well. Finishing off a part-used bottle of Pantene for Brunette hair next.

Clinique Body Comfort Body Butter - WIBA? Maybe. I got this one as a freebie when it was Bonus Time I think. It was a small 40ml tube, and I've got another the same size which I've just started. Nice as it doesn't really have a fragrance so doesn't compete with your perfume, and really does leave your skin feeling extra soft and smooth.

Boots Mediterranean shower gel (Bergamot, Wheatgerm and Basil I think) - WIBA? Yes probably. Nice subtle fragrance, lots of soft lather and left my skin feeling soft and not dried out.

I have a feeling that there was something else, but I can't remember now! Senior moment  I've got a day cream that refuses to die, and a face wash that has got another 2 or 3 uses in it, so I will be able to do some more "shopping" in my stash soon yay :T

Only 6 more days left for the May challenge - come on everyone, hang on in there, we can do it!!

    Love from Candice x

MOVE AWAY FROM THE AVON BOOKLET!!!!!!!!!!!

managed to get rid of another inch of my Champneys grapefruit bath foam, used it as a shower gel as I am sooooo fed up of it. One more super generous slug of it left I reckon.

Really trying my hardest on the facial stuff but the tubs refuse to die. Really want to buy some more P n P serum from Boots.

Used up a sample of Nivea Soft Intensive Moisturising Cream today as body lotion. It's rich if not a little boring on the perfume side of things. I've got a big unopened pot of this and when I do open it I will have to rotate it with other body lotions to stave off the boredom!

I'm very pleased that I've used up an Avon Footworks Heel Softening Cream. WIBA? No. It had no perfume to it and I do like 'flavour'! It does what it says on the tin though. I was an :A as I cut the tube open to finish it off as the plastic tube was quite hard to squeeze towards the end of its use. I got another four uses this way.

I opened a Body Shop Nutriganics Smoothing Day Cream sachet this morning. It really has an unpleasant smell and I will use the rest of the sachet up on my feet before I go to bed tonight. That way, I won't be able to smell it!!

I hope you have a day enjoying your products, ladies!

ohh i love celeriac soup can you save me some please :p

in anticipation - tonight Matthew, I will be using up... *drum roll*

1 x Garnier 100% hair dye (dark brown - the red I accidently used has bought out the highlights from the sun  and my red/brown hair now looks soooo light! I have issues with my hair - it's usually mid-dark brown but my roots come through really fair blonde in the summer :rotfl: so I experiment with it a lot - just using up the hair dye in my stocks before i experiment again!)

1 x body puff (going to bin this after tonight - never use it!!)

1 x BS moringa shower gel

    1 x gliss shampoo

1 x sample of body moisturiser and

    1 x fake tan lotion!

    I will be opening....

1 x BS sweet lemon body scrub or a loofah i bought at the weekend (and body brush) (Sorry girls! I forgot my collection slips for Boots for my Sit Tight S&G / eyelashes purchase during the week and saw these to be more 'MSE' and environmentally friendly in the future (saw something that BS scrubs contain plastic balls rather than bio-degradable particles like salt/sugar  )

1 x BS Morrocan rose body butter - just to give me some variation so I don't buy anything else! Still have the BS mango body lotion on the go for mornings and the BS coconut body milk for when I'm outdoors

anything else ladies and I shall let you know

I will do WIBA after they are safely in the recycling bin and the use up fairy can't refill them anymore!

Also plan to do PYNW and have a proper pamper evening

    Enjoy your evenings girls xx

:wave:Just posting to say that this thread is exactly what I need. I can feel my spending begining to get a little out of control, and honestly I feel a bit ill when I think about all the products I've got. I'll post the stash later / tomorrow and sign on for the June thread when it pops up.

    Thanks ever so much. :A

I have been using my BS stuff I got last week in the sale, but tbh I'm not really that impressed.

I tend to stick with natural products because my skin is super sensitive and finicky and the BS Nutriganics Refreshing Toner does not play nice. My sensitive skin broke out into an itchy rash (especially on my neck) as soon as I put it on :( Tried a couple of times to see if it had to do with the heat, but it seems to be the toner and not circumstance...

Looking to give them to my OH's sis I think as she likes BS but money is tight and her skin is annoyingly perfect/normal!

    I've been Money Tipped!
I'm heading towards a big sort out this weekend, a re-evaluation of what I have and what of that I'm using ATM, including packing away everything I'm not going to need in the next six weeks or so.
